All admissions are subject to the University Rules for Admissions.
Admission is open to individuals with relevant working experience and with matric. Should you not have matric and wish to apply, you need to follow the RPL process.
• Matriculation certificate PLUS at least five years appropriate full-time work experience as proven by one or multiple letters of confirming employment; or
• University Degree or National Diploma in any field; or
• Applicants who have not passed matric may enter the MDP by complying with the University’s Recognition of Prior Learning process and presenting a completed RPL. Contact the School or the Division for Lifelong Learning (DLL) for further details.

Admission is open to individuals that have completed an MDP.
The MDP is generally available to people with at least 5 years working experience and Matric.
On completion of the MDP you can continue to study on the SMDP.
Should you have completed your MDP with 60% minimum for each module and an average of at least 60% then you can apply directly for admission to the Advanced Diploma in Management (ADM) (NQF level 7).
The SMDP is open to individuals that have completed the MDP. On completion of the SMDP you can apply for
admission to the Advanced Diploma in Management (ADM) with a management specialisation, or to the
Advanced Diploma in Management with a Finance specialisation.
Anyone who passed both the MDP and the SMDP with 60% in each module, having passed all 8 modules in the minimum time period at the first attempt, can be admitted to the Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA).
